This is a great beer,its made from Rice and like Saki you can drink 10 of theses beers and you wont wake up with a hang over.A little dusty but no hangover.
It tastles nothing like a Becks/Heineken ,take it from me who tastes for a living.
Its clean easy drinking with 4.8 % A.

Very nice beer, with a little more fizz than other beers. The best thing is, once you've had a dozen or so, the budda bottle is always good for conversation.
Good beer, even better bottle. Best had when kicking back on a friday arvy and relaxing in front of you favorite show. It would be a stunner if it had a truly unique taste to match the truly unique bottle.
The beer itself is nothing overly special. I thought it tasted much like Heineken, but with a much lighter taste. The bottle is very impressive, when I drink it at parties i am often asked about it.
,EARTHY AROMA, NICE CRISP TASTE, GOOD BALANCE WITH A MODERATE BITTERING, NICE BUBBLES AND LACING, PLEASANT HOPS, NICE GOLD COLOUR, EVERY NOW AND THEN A CHEAP AFTERTASTE, NOT MUCH ELSE, PRETTY GOOD STUFF.
5 stars for presentation, the Buddha shaped glass bottle is classic. The beer however is very average and so Lucky becomes something of a novelty beer. Its a plain and simple lighter-style lager with not much to speak of in terms of flavour. Take a 6 pack to a party (and keep a bottle behind the bar at home for a talking point) but hold off investing in a case until you've tried it. That said the price of it seems to hover around $40 when on special and so compared to other "lighter style lagers" its ok value.
Very cool looking bottle, shaped like a Buddha. I bought a bottle of this for $8 at a bar recently and was told, jokingly, that the beer was worth about $5 and the bottle about $3. After drinking it I thought that sounded about right.
I only bought this for the bottle really... and yes, the beer was alright, kind of similar to a European beer (Becks/Heineken)...
Not-so-good in terms of price for beer, but kind of worth it for the awesome lookin bottle!
